I did my graduation and post graduation at Kakatiya University, Warangal and I need to apply for my convocation certificates for both UG and PG courses. I cant take a leave for 2 days and go to Warangal for this. Is there any professional services in Hyderabad which can do the task for me?

You must be kidding. No fool on earth can ask somebody else to attend convocation on his behalf and to collect certificates. No university allows this,and this is a life time achievement for u to rejoice. Who will deny 2days leave for this .
