Any program that can put a moving mouth (cartoon) over a video? (Stopmotion)?

Hi, I make stopmotion animation videos. I need to have characters talk and I have been editing the pictures on Paint to make their mouths. Is there any program that I can easily place a mouth over their face? It would make it less of a hassle, thanks if you do know a program that puts mouths on top of the video =).

A motion graphics program like Adobe After effects would be able to do that. It may take a while to do learn how to do so though. An easier way would be to make paper replacement mouths and put them on your figures while animating. It just means breaking down your audio beforehand and working out how many frames each mouth piece would be on for. It's what they do on Robot Chicken.
