Any programs for boys who have had abusive backgrounds and need money and stuff for school?

i know someone who i would like to help. recently i got into a program where they basically pay for everything i need for school. this guy has had the same problems as me during his life but unfortunately cant join the program because he is a boy.

does anyone know of a program that helps people pay for everything or at least helps pay rent or something so they can get out of a bad living environment.
