I'm not psychic but why not.

1. The presidential election will involve the federal courts.

2. An Earth like (approximately same size and distance from it's sun) will be detected (via indirect evidence).

3. The percentage of people in the U.S. that believe in alternative medicine, ghosts, alien life and other paranormal abilities will climb upward.

4. The psuedoskeptics will continue to have a decrease in their ranks and will become louder at the same time.

5. The price of oil will continue to climb despite the announcement of several new refineries being opened and supply being at record levels.

Finances will worsen! Not just homes but cars, furniture, boats, motorcycles etc will be repo'ed. Over use of credit cards will crash the economy much worse. People will lose jobs, downsizing, cuts in pay, loss of insurance, health problems will rise with no money for treatment, children and the elderly will suffer first and foremost. Then the middle age parents finances will crash. Everyone will have to cut corners to make it. Disasters due to weather will happen more and with more severe damage and loss of life. Too hot too cold, tornadoes, hurricanes, torrential rain, ice, snow, vermin and insects will increase and destroy crops and harrass people.
