yes, rahway state park, rahway nj, tomahawk lake sparta nj and there is another one that is located in upstate ny and that one is really close even though it is located in upstate ny in is about 30minutes from hackensack, nj - rockland lake park all of these places have pools that are open to the public with a small fee if you are not from that county they even have one that is in seacacus, nj that is also open to the public
