I'm on a volley ball team and our capin is like pushing us and being bitchy and mean about it. Shes taken the hole fun out of it. Her and half the team dont want me on the team becuase i'm not making "enough" efferot in the games. I dont know how i'm so make an effort if i'm on the bench half the game. I'm a pretty good volley ball palyer. I've missed 2 games becuase i was sick and i get yelled at ect for doing that. I've missed a few pratics but not taht many. Its like everyone wants WIN WIN WIN WIN!! i need pushing it over the limt tips.

  1. Is this school or rec?  If it's rec, time to look for a new team.  Don't try to fit in somewhere if they make you feel bad....

  2. Just do your best, its just a game, it does not effect the rest of your life. Your health is more important than the game.

    Tell the Capin....to GET A LIFE>

  3. 1. talk it up on the court

    2. be encouraging

    3. don't get down on yourself

    4. be the biggest hustler

    5. don't be afraid to show everyone what you are made of!

  4. If you don't want it as bad as they do, then you're only bringing the team down. I understand that you fell upset because your captain does sound like a *****. But just ignore her, or tell your coach.

  5. you just need to be loud when you are on the court. talk all the time! make sure you call the ball and talk to your team mates. this should make your team think you are a go getter! hope this helps :)

  6. i have a few team members that are like that. i just do my own thing, and respect the other players.

make sure you talk it up, get loud, cheer for every point, give high-fives. be enthusiastic on the court, and do your best in games and practices. GO FOR THE BALL. a ball dropping is the most frustrating thing to watch.

  7. you need to have an intervention with the captin if it's a captin captin and not a coach. if the captin is a player on the team sit him/her down and tell it to them straight. get all the people that feel the same way and say 'we came to play not to get pushed around. we're not enjoying the game anymore because you're pushing us.' and if they don't buy that and are soo into winning tell them that if you're not enjoying it you won't win. if its a school team then try and talk to the administrators at your school or the coaches and tell them what's going on. and usually that's the way it works if you miss a practice you sit out the next game or next two and you miss a game you sit out for a while. that goes for any sport basically.

  8. dont let others put you down just GO ALL OUT
