Any "Miracle" Ways To Lose My Baby Belly?

There's a foam party coming up and of course, everyone will be in bikinis. I don't want to be the only one with a shirt on, nor do I want to be the one with the baby flub where 100's of people can see it. Are there any miracle exercises that worked great for you? Like, i'm talking 3 weeks time lol. I had my son almost 8 months ago.

Any suggestion for the baby hips too? lol

  1. Do things like crunches/sit-ups, walking, running (in place if you have to), toe-touches, anything that exercises your abdomen.  It'll also help with baby hips.  What finally worked for me was a combination of these kinds of exercise and a specific diet plan.

    Diet rules:

    At meals, eat only until you're full.

    In between meals, no snacking - period.

    If your stomach rumbles in between meals, drink at least 8oz of water.

    Eat nothing substantial after 6PM (or dinner) and nothing at all after 9.

    Keep a tall glass of water by your bed, so you can quell late night hunger rumbles until morning.

    .... it'll feel like you're starving yourself for the first few days, but then you'll start to feel more energetic and healthy, and the baby pounds will fall off quickly.


  2. pilateas nad yoga helps alot. there's acream in a market that help you to hold/firm the skin for several hours,then you have to reapply again i cant remember what it is.

    go for massage on your stomache area will help too

    Weight gain/loss is a gradual process.  And if anything existed that could take weight off that fast, it would be dangerous to your body.
