like gran turismo for pc ,wher i get to build my car and customize it any way i want and the engine , i dont really care about the racing part just the building one

try Trackmani ANtions forever, its a free version of a ful lgmae ( so misisng a few features and tracks) and lets you build your own tracks and stuff. It's free so worth a shot.
