Any raiload train between San Jose and Los Angeles?

There is Amtrak's Coast Starlight,which originates in Seattle on the Southbound trip and in Los Angeles on the northbound trip, and connects with Caltrain Penninsula train service to and from San Francisco at San Jose, and connects with Metrolink at either Santa Barbara or Los Angeles Union Station, depending on which local train, if any, you may want.

Amtrak.  View's not that great though.  If you have the money, I suggest you fly there.

Amtrak does make the trip, but they only have one train (the Coast Starlight) that goes straight through.  Otherwise, you first have to take an Amtrak connecting bus to another city, such as Bakersfield, and then you can get on the train.  The fare would be around $60.
