Any recipes to use up a few cans(each) of black/garbanzo/&white kidney beans?

make nachos with them (i like nachos with mince & beans).  Or make a casserole/stew with meat, beans & vegies.  (& herbs, tomato paste, paprika, garlic etc).

You can use them in a salad

Or try this

Chop up a medium onion very fine, a few hot green peppers( if you like a bite) a small tomato ( de-seeded) Chopped real small

Juice of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons of sugar or 1 heaped of Splenda, pinch of salt

Mix all together with the beans

Drain the beans and  wash out the liquid it comes in-Run cold water and drain them

I would make a chili with them. The different colors would add great contrast to the chili.
