Question:

Any recipies using the soy "meat" left over from homemade soy milk or tofu?

I hate just throwing it away. I know I can use it as a fertilizer. However, I live in an apartment and just have a few plants. Therefore, I still throw most of it away. I'd love some recipies to try. :-)

  1. You could use it for a filler, in bean loafs, but it doesn't have much nutrient value left after being used to make soy milk or tofu. I'd give it to a friend to use in their garden. It's makes a high nitrogen fertilizer.
