Any recommendations for a cat and or dog?

single guy...leave house at 1030am, come back at 8pm...mondays thru fridays. active. love to be outside. like to sit at comp for hours at home camming ;) like to lay on the floor an watch tv. want a small kitty or doggy...thats not gonna turn on me and might even say "daddy" outta nowhere and who doesnt talk back. HELP

better get a stuffed kitty...doesn't sound like you have time or energy for a dog....if you must get one...a kitty would be your better bet....dogs need to go outside every few hours.......

DON'T get a cat OR dog if you aren't going to have time for them... dogs are a big responsibility and cats need a lot of attention. I'd think twice before buying a pet if I were you.

stick with just a cat! A dog would be too much work with your busy schedule, and needs a lot of attention.
