  1. If you can't afford a suzuki, honda, etc., then I would buy a q-link from a local dealer.  They come with good warranties that ARE HONORED.  And Qlinks are definitely not junk.  But you must maintain it properly.

If you will ever have to go faster than 30 mph, but less than 50 mph, a 150cc is for you.  If you will ever need to go 60mph but less than 70mph, then you would need a 250cc or bigger.  A Qlink commuter 250 may be for you.

But if you will need to go on the freeway often, especially if you intend to go for long rides (40+miles), I would look into the 2008 Hyosun MS3 250 Scooter.  They cost something like 4200 dollars, are of good quality, come with warrantees THAT ARE HONORED, and Hyosung is now offering financing.

It is always important to rememeber to buy from a local dealer, preferrable one who actually works on cycles, and knows the warrantees inside out.

  2. h**l yes i think its a great idea. i've got a comadore ute so i dont no much bout them but ovr all i would get 1 if i didnt have the ute.

  3. A q-link? Oh common. There is no life in that bike line.

Get your self a Stella. She has a 150cc motor, 4 speed manual trany. (Yeah I know you want a automatic.) But you need power. You need power to get out of harms way when you need it. And you are not going to find that in a CVT trany.

Not to mention, that most q-link bikes are clones of clones and the quality is left wanting. It is just more c**p from China.

The Stella is made with the same dies as the 1974 Vespa PX 150.

Roadside reapair is simple. And she will not leave you stranded like a q-link will.

  4. Hello,

I did my research on scooters for like a week and find out that I had a local scooter company nearby. You can check if there are dealers near you on this link, http://www.genuinescooters.com/

Just go under DEALERS. I have the Rattler 110 and It is amazing. Good luck...

  5. Other than the  ones mentioned by the first answer look at Kycmo and Genuine these are both good scooter makers and have a warranty and back it up. Kymco is the largest scooter maker in the world

  6. Look at Piaggio, Vespa, Kymco, SYM, Genuine, Yamaha, and Honda... these are all very reliable and and have a large variety to choose from.  I've got a Kymco and am very happy with it.  No problems whatsoever.
