  1. Tavern on the Green!


  2. Le Gigot on Cornelia Street.  It's a small restaurant so you can have the entire place to yourselves and the food is wonderful.

  4. Daniel is my favorite French restaurant in NYC.  I don't think you can get better French food.  It is pricey but the food and experience are outstanding.

    You can also try Jean Georges or Chanterelle.  You can't go wrong with either of  them.  D'Artagnan has a very realistic feel of a French bistro.
