Another child s*x offender is turned lose on the street. NO due process for the child victim. Looking for outreach resources. Please vote to get these laws reformed through legislations. We should not have to go through this as a family! Stop letting CHILD MOLESTERS go with no accountability! They are going to harm another child because the courts are all about rights for these low forms of the earth. What kind of society do we live in? Our county prosecuters office brought charges against an accused child molester back in 2005. The criminal was sched for a jury trial TODAY, and the prosecuters dismissed this offender without even completing their investigation. The mother of this child was never interviewed, and neither was the individual that this child disclosed this info to were interviewed. There is no doubt this child was victimized 3 years in IL between 10-13 in 2000-2003, and was solicited in MO by the same criminal at 15. Are there any programs for these kind of cases?

  1. Please be more specific.

What kind of program are you looking for?

    For the child?

Or to stop these types of criminals?

Sorry if I'm not reading something correctly.

I mean I know what type of program I’d use for the molester...

    The good old fashioned vigilante

    program.

    He’d be a dead man.

But, that’s not possible or right these days is it.

  2. You sound very emotional right now.  Get the child and caregiver to counseling and take it from there.

  3. The due process you are referring to is for people accused of crimes and may be found in the 5th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.  The Constitution does not provide the same protections for the victims.  If you think it should, you will need to approach your local legislators and ask them to change the Constitution.

In the meantime, calm down, stop throwing out legal terms and accusations, and bring the child to a mental health professional without all of the added political drama.  The child has enough to deal with without your carrying on.
