  1. open your holes to let the gas escape ,

  2. Take light food without spices.Take cold milk half a cup at a time frequently.Avoid fried food.do not eat out side.eat freshly cooked foodalso avoid citrus food & juice.Go for walk .take mild herbal teas.mint has soothing effect .boil mint leaves in water for some time cool & drink.do not starve.eat little meal after every 2 hour.avoid stress ,tension that also create heart burn& acidity.Sleep early & get up early. little changes n your food habits & life style will help you alot.good luck.Enjoy healthy & happy life.

  3. If you suffer from frequent heartburn, especially when you try to sleep, then your "Physician" has failed you! You may be suffering from G.E.R.D., Gastric esophageal Reflux Disease. It is a condition, for lack of a better way to explain it, where your stomach produces too much digestive acid, it then refluxes into your esophogus causing heartburn. G.E.R.D. has been associated with esophageal cancer, so you should really get check out for it! There are drugs that can be taken to control it, such as Nexium or Prilosec.

  4. well go to your doctor and ask for appitite stimulants or even your local phamacy

with heart burn try taking somthing thats alkaline because heart burn is a build up of acids and adding the right amount of alkaline will neutralise this.
