Any reputable sources blaming lack of governmental regulation for carbon emissions?

I'm looking for studies that indicate free enterprise or lack of governmental involvment will not solve the carbon emissions problem. Thanks,

  1. Check with Al Gore... He'll make something up if he needs to.  If you can't reach him Michael Moore will film a documentary for a McD's value meal.  And that comes from reliable sources so it's got to be true!


  2. Is there one thing that the government regulates and doesn't F up ?  When something in business fails it goes away, when the government program fails, it is expanded.  Carbon will fix itself, the cost will go so high, Renewable Energy will be the result.

  4. I don't think it's necessarily a lack of regulation. It seems to be a lack of interaction of government, judicial, environmental, and business.They all have a conflicts, and can't collectively form a solution that will abate the issues a hand.

    I know this is a (wiki site), but it does a decent job of explaining the processes.

  5. No reputable sources exist because it's the Liberal Democrats trying to take some of our freedom to free enterprise.
