Any restaurants/cabaret bars in London which allow 'proper' dancing?

Hi, does anyone know of any nice restaurants or cabaret type bars or clubs in central London where you can do 'proper' dancing? I don't mean dancing expertly (as I'm not a very good dancer) but just able to dance with a partner to a live band or something? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated :-)

Not too sure what dancing you want but London has everything - Look at Time Out magazine or check their site for a comprehensive list of genres and venues xx
