  1. Try the Canyon in Richmond , you may well be the only guy in a Tux but you still won t feel out of place.

  2. London is one of those Glitzy Glamourous sorts of Metropolis type places that you could go for a meal in formal wear just about anywhere in Central London without anyone giving you a second glance - try somewhere around the West End if you want to blend in - lots of theatre goers there so a lot of people will be dolled up to the nines anyway!

Ones of the most fun meals I ever had was in Chinatown in Central London - all glammed up in a coktail dress and my partner in a penguin suit and nobody blinked an eye when we went in! We were sat amongst a mixture of people in very casual day wear and formal evening wear! I think as long as you yourself are comfortable in what you wear, you exude the confidence to pull it off anywhere!

  3. Claridges

    Mirabelle

    Dorchester

    Halkin

    Mosimann's

    Hilton

    Bibendum

    Oxo

    Harvey Nicks

  4. McDonalds on the Mall

  5. dont know

  6. London Eating is the best site for London restaurant reviews.

I'd recommend the Connaught, for wonderful food and a great atmosphere.

The Ritz is also a good choice.

  7. any of the restaurants which are attached to hotels are probably your best bet. off the top of my head try: nobu, the wolsely, the berkely, brian turner at the millennium, gordon ramsey at clardiges, the ritz.
