Any resturants for over 18's only in Surrey , Kent or East Sussex?

I'm being driven mad by the playground behaviour of kids in pubs and I can't take any more screaming babies destroying intimate conversatons. There must be somewhere out there that still recognises that ambience is as much a part of the experience.
