I am in Ontario and they have not made glass bottle in years, they sometimes make a few smaller 300ml bottles, and I have seen them here in variety stores in Toronto ON.

I used to live in Edmonton back in the 1980s when I worked at the Chef's Table and Chateau Lacombe Hotel, even then I do not remember alot of glass bottles, most everthing is  in PET plastic, from 500ml, 1 liter and 2 liter bottles. Check around palces like Save-on, Sobeys or London Drug may have them, I lived in the Stoney Plain rd and 156 th St area when there, near the Hojo's Hotel was the Saxony Hotel back then.
