I'm likely to be looking early next year.  So far I've found http://www.rugby-tewerve.com/

from what the website, this seems to be a cosmopolitan club.  I guess if you want a more dutch club there are others, but I couldn't understand what I found

Yes there are!

My club was organizing a tour to Hague, but it never materialized. We have a guy there who was with the UN in Croatia during the war and played for our club. Now he is in Hague. And still involved in rugby! I'm not sure in what club he is but...
