this is a difficult one to answer. havent seen one yet in cardiff where one can go and smoke a hookah

There used to be a tunisian resturant in uci in the bay, where you can find them. i think it is still there.Also in corporation rd there is a cafe with them in the window

There is a small restaurant on City Road that does a happy sideline in hookah pipes!! I can't remember the name of it but I'll be driving by there later so will get back to you with the details....

Its a Persian place,its called Topoli.Address is 230,City Road.Well recommended,staff are lovely,food is good,pipes are fine!!
