Any shoulder exercises?

My biceps are going great, my chest is getting bigger everyday. My thighs are badass, my calves are good, and I've always been proud of my abs. But there's one muscle group I haven't done anything at all to.

My shoulders. My shoulders are ****. Can anyone give me 1 or 2 good exercises to get my shoulders (eventually) looking huge?

  1. swimming

    bowflex


  2. shoulder press, lateral raise, shoulder raise, reverse fly, or shoulder shrugs

  3. for size: clean and press....... seated military press..... arnold press

    isolation: front raises,......standing side laterals and reverse flys for your rear delts.

    now the compound exercises for size you need to max out your weight and go for 4 to 5 sets of 6-8 reps... with a 2 minute rest period in between each set.

    for the isolation exercises...you need to go light weight and high repetitions...( 4 sets........ repetitions decreasing 17....15...12...and for the last set 10 repetitions) with a 1minute rest interval bet. each set.

    keep this program for a couple weeks twice a week and your shoulders will pop out.... i assure you man.... just keep committed to your training
