A cardiologist said I could take magnesium at 250 mg once or twice a day or when doing marathon training, especially.He said this due to a heart (non-click) murmur/arrthymia that he says is asymptomatic.I forgot to take the supplement one day and my muscles were twitching all over the place.I take that to mean he is right and I was short on magnesium, or else it has a withdrawal effect?
