  1. yes

  2. eBay is generally quite safe now compared to when it was first launched. They have many layers to ensure that buyers and sellers are protected.

However, there are always steps you can take to ensure a satisfactory experience:

    1) Do some research on the prices of the item you are buying. Too low a price generally means that something is fishy, especially when coupled with a new seller or a seller with minimal feedback.

    2) Check out your seller's history. Has there been any negative feedback and if so, what was it about? What is his feedback history? Generally, sellers with positive feedback numbering hundereds or even thousands are reliable.

    3) Use a third party payment service like PayPal. Try to avoid sending money orders, telegraphic transfers or direct bank transfers as you have no recourse if the seller runs off with your payment.

  3. Perfectly Safe. Even Warren Buffet sold his antic car in Ebay.

My bid to buy was too low!. Just kidding!

  4. no

  5. duh

  6. yup... have bought books, nail polishes... basically it still quite ok since i am buying those little little things only...

  7. depending on wat u buy.. I always believe there is no such thing as superbargain.. beware of delivery charges and genuine of the product. Try yahoo auction better, more singapore, bought some stuff there real bargain
