Try http://mytreo.net/forum/ If you join the forum they've got a load of free software you can download (mostly phone related).

If you want to see a full range of Palm software, go to http://www.handango.co.uk/ (or handango.com in the US).  This is mainly stuff you have to pay for, but you can download a trial version of many of them.
