I use crunchyroll.com to watch my shows. It has a nice layout and has Japanese drama and movies on it too.

The website that I definitely recommend for watching anime is http://IMEEM.com because the quality of the video is not destroyed like what YouTube or Veoh does. Even though there is a small selection, the audio and visual quality is great! IMEEM is where I watch most anime. I hope I helped you!
