  1. There are loads of social workers under the name of carers who look after a loved one for less than £50.00 a week. Some are schoolchildren.

    What a disgraceful state it goes back to the Victorian age.

  3. I disagree with you.  Insurance companies dictate how long a patient is kept in the hospital.  Insurance only pays for a certain amount of time that they will pay.

    Nowdays, they toss you out prematurely in my opinion.  Most often, you are tossed out 2 days after surgery.  Births, the next day.  Open heart surgery 5 days.

    Many vulnerable people have no one to care for them post surgery, so it makes it more difficult for them.  Insurance usually does not cover home care post surgery.

  4. Efficiency and proffessional management only can reduce the nelplessness. Make use of the expertise beside the social workers. Let social worker not be a social nuesence.
