Any solution for roaches and spiders in the house?

My house has been over run with roaches and spiders. Not a day or night goes by w/o having to kill them. Does anyone have an effective solution?

I use something called Roach B Gone.  They have a web site:  RochesBGone.com  The sell 10 sticky traps which are pretty big (each catches a lot of roaches) with a peanut butter tablet you put in the middle of the trap.  I put them around Pet food and in cabinets, under stove and fridge.  When they are full you throw them out.  Each pack of 10 costs about $23.00 with shipping and they are shipped in about a week.  Try them.

Ya hire a exterminator company

You can get sticky trays that you put down on the floor under ya cooker etc and the roaches will stick to the tray,, then ya just throw the tray away

Contact your local exterminator they can get rid of both of them.  It is not as expensive as you might think to get your house treated.
