Question

My boyfriend has a dark spot on his s*****m that seemed to have appeared over night. He's really embarrassed to tell anyone so he can go see a doctor and wants to know what it is. He's 16 if that helps.

Does anyone know what it is? I thought it looked like a bruise but he said it hasn't been hit and it doesn't hurt.

I wouldn&#039;t have s*x with him until you two find out exactly what it is. Don&#039;t put yourself at risk of getting any sort of STD. Encourage him to get over his ebarrassment and go get seen.Good luck!

That&#039;s not quite how it happened, and not overnite anyway. When crabs infestate the s*****m areas there is a tiny dark spot (brown) which are the infant size of louses. Then after a few days they will begin excercising their itching and multiplying with revenge! Oh, they don&#039;t come with name tags either! Get some (Pyronate) shampoo.

He chafed it against cloth, especially if he does not have inderwear. It resembles a bug&#039;s bite too.

I know exactly what that is. First, watch it closely to make sure it doesn&#039;t get larger and to make sure changes in color over 4 or 5 days.

It is a broken blood vessel. That happens sometimes when walking or running without proper support, either too loose or too tight underwear.

The skin is very thin there so the blood vessels don&#039;t have protection of thicker skin like other parts of the body.

Skip the aspirin and other pain killers for a while.

First of all, I would remove the picture since you have said he&#039;s sixteen.  Anything under the age of eighteen is illegal.

Now to answer your question.  It&#039;s possibly an ingrown hair or a mole or an irritation.

Have him put Neosporin on it for about 5 days and see if it heals or goes away.  If not, then he needs to be examined by a doctor.

He should be able to visit the doctor by himself.  Depends on the law of consent in your state.
