You might need to go to a shop that specializes in Chinese cookware.  Years ago, you could find it at most Asian markets but I haven't noticed seeing any there in awhile.  I have a ceramic pot packed away someplace that has a metal handle that flops down and you keep it in it's own fabric lined teapot basket with basket lid which has a little ring on top.  Ceramic pot is designed  so that when you pour your tea, the loose tea is filtered out near the spout.  It's very lovely because there is a colorful painting on the outside of the pot and lid.

Teapot is cylindrical in shape.  It has a wire or bamboo (I can't remember exactly which) handle which folds down.

My grandma had a farm.  They only drank tea.  She used to brew and store the tea in it.  Easy to refill.  Just open the lid, throw in a little handful of fresh tea leaves and pour bowling water over it and let it steep.  It's the original super Thermos, I think.

I'm sorry, I didn't realize it was antique.  Wow, that's too expensive.   I'm really old I guess.  But I think I have seen new ones in that design on the market within recent times.  Maybe at a shop in SF Chinatown that sells tourist goods??

This has a built-in infuser.  I have used this teapot at our local Chinese restaurant, and they sell this type in our Chinatown markets.  It makes good tea.
