  1. sounds good to me, you might make it fancy like a stuffed chicken breast a good one is melted butter with some dijon mustard and worchestershire sauce a few drops and you dip the b*****s in that mixture and then dredge them in a mixture of bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese and then roll them up they take about 45 minutes to bake. Yummm!! serve with a green salad or green veggie such as green beans

  2. Take your b*****s and slice them very thinly. Do the same with some vegetable - pref carrots, pots and celery sticks

fry them very fast until cooked and then wrap it in some burrito tortilla wraps.

Put these in an ovenproof container. Mix some heinz tomato ketchup to a couple of tins of chopped toms and 3 drips of worcester sauce, stir and pour on top of burritos cook in oven for 6-10 mins and then add a load of grated ceese on top cooked for a further 6-10 or until cheese is brown

  3. Fish was always on the menu years ago on Good Friday, but, as a child, I used to hate it... I think people have turkey or chicken these days, or do a roast. Your menu sounds very nice..

  4. Chicken in white wine sauce.

Fry off your chicken, along with some smokey bacon & mushrooms & then add a can of Campbells chicken & white wine soup.

  5. pizza!

  6. how about lamb chop or chicken chop or even some hot dishes if they don't mind..............

  7. How about, eggplant parmagina, pasta with garlic veggies....Salads, crusty bread, fresh fruit, wine...

  8. Chicken would be fine.  Shame about the fish.
