Any suggestion for days out in south east England.?

I am on hoilday from the 2/8/08 until the 10/8/08 but i need suggestions where to go for days out, can anyone help,there are 3 adults no children, any help please.

I'd start with Hampton Court Palace and in the same area, Syon House. Then I'd visit Rochester and Canterbury Cathedrals and have a full day in Canterbury. I'd take a trip to a winery, such as Denbies or Tenterden. I'd also go to Brighton Pavilion.
