I have a Klein Palomino, and its a great bike for me. Its a great climber, and I can handle the tough down hills with it as well.

The only problem with the bike is that the pivot bushings that klein uses wear out every season. Not alot of places carry Klein so its hard to get the parts. So my question would be, whats another set-up I can use with this frame?

Here is a pic of the same bike

  1. well... if you have the funds the ellsworth rogue, if not specialized s-works, if you have less still try the kona lines, after this... jamis's are good and cheap, availbable at Jenson Usa

  2. Sorry... to my knowledge those pivots are proprietary... use them or get a new frame. I strongly suggest that you think about how long you are going to keep the bike and buy any bushings you can right NOW.

You're right, it is a nice bike even though it is made of one of my least favorite materials  ;)

EDIT: Nope, you have to use their bushings. Sorry.
