Any suggestions for a duet?

Ok so this duet has to be good for two girls one is a soprano and the other an alto ! It needs to be appropriate cause we go to a catholic school and it is for our grade talent show! PLEASE IF ANYONE COULD HELP!!!! It is soooo difficult to find a good apropriate song !!! Thanx ahead of time!!!

i see your name is broadway babe. are you familiar with the musical wicked? it has a good song "For Good" i sang it in chorus and there was an alto and soprano section but it's actually a duet in the play. i would youtube it to see if you like it.

Listen to "Christ lag in Todes Banden", (BWV 4) JS Bach.

It's the third movement "Versus II, Den Tod neimand zwingen kunnt".  

Listen to the first two movements, and then see how it combines well with the third.

I hope you are good and can sing in german.

Bach was very religious, he was Lutheran.  I hope that doesn't disuade you.

Why don't you just look in www.sheetmusicplus.com and look at all the DUET music they have on their site... that should give you a much better answer than a once sentence reply here on Answers and you can even buy the music if you see something you like.

I no longer give individual suggestions because I have found it's just a waste  of my time... I don't know you and I don't know how you think or what you like, so HOW can I, or anyone else, make a suggestion as to what YOU would want to perform.
