Any suggestions for a fun craft / hobby?

I enjoy making things - does anyone have a fun, creative hobby suggestion? (No crude remarks please).

my parents and i have a little hobby of exploring places and finding unique rocks.we will clean them,polish them,and sometimes paint them various ways.

im in hawaii on vacation,and i must admit,michigan has way more unique rocks than here.nothing but lava rocks and coral.i finally found a rock for my mom.it isnt near one of my better finds.but its a rock to collect from hawaii.

i like to read religious and cultural history from various places and belief structures.the diversity is astounding.

You could start playing an online game like Maplestory(with download)

or buy a game like starcraft, warcraft, diablo, or WoW

You could try scrapbooking or embossing, make something memorable or gifts for friends and relative.

Try counted cross stitch (but only if your eyes can take it! lol). It is the only thing I have to maintain my sanity. :) Good luck!

Hi,

You know, I have got to be busy alot of the time. So I keep a crochet hook or a little set of knitting needles with me. I make washcloths or potholders and then I exchange them with a kitchen towel in a couple of yahoo groups I am on. But also they come in quite handy for bridal and birthday gifts. Plus, I can keep my hands busy. I also rubber stamp cards and then just color whenever I want. I do the stamping one day and then they are ready for me to pick up whenever I need to busy my hands.
