Any suggestions for a great sounding home am/fm alarm clock radio?

I'm looking to buy another radio. This time I want it to have a great sound. I've seen and heard other people's radios with great sound, but regret I did not get the name brand.

ask at radio shack i think theres omething calld hd radio which enhances your signal and gives you better sound

Hmm, there are quite a few options really. I just bought a new one - it's a high end one (which when you say great sounding, I image that you're looking for a high end one too)

It was the Eton Sound 100 iPod Tabletop Radio.

I found it after reading a blog post listing the top high end alarm radios (which obviously produce awesome sound and look good too :-)
