  1. here in the south, we like muscadine wine. Post family vineyards in Altus, Arkansas makes a good one for about $7 a 750 ml bottle.

  2. Berenger White Zinfandel is pink, sweet, economical and available almost anywhere that sells wine.  As for Rieslings, they're not all sweet.  Some are quite dry.  Another good bet would be fruit wines, like peach, blueberry, raspberry, etc.

  3. Any brand of Riesling is a good start if your looking for a sweet wine.

  4. Beaujolais

  5. Arbor Mist.

  6. I buy a lot of cheap wines online. Read below to the link.

  7. i live in wine country so i dont know if they are going to sell this where you are but try Martin Weyrich Moscato Allegro..

its a sweet white wine.. its good stuff..

  8. Generally look for a white white... Muscat (or Muscato) in the name.  Muscat is generally a sweet wine.  Also, some stores have a "dessert wine" section.

Others to look for... Johanessberg Reisling and some Gewürztraminers are sweet.

Read the label on the back... it'll give you an idea.

Also, may not be 100% true, but generally the sweeter wines are in long (tall) narrow bottles.
