Any suggestions for decorating?

Hey, my sister has asked for my help in decorating her room. She is into fashion and wants to be a fashion designer so she wants her room to reflect that. She wants the early 1900's fashion style in her room and she is not yet sure of the colors. obviously, i am lost and i have absolutely no idea whatsoever! any ideas?

Have you ever seen those vinyl wall stickers? You could see if they have shapes of those sewing mannequins or maybe better yet you could go to antique shops and you might be able to find one to put in the room that your sister could drape with her designs. I would you subtle colors on the walls and then bring color and texture in through fabrics. Good Luck!
