  1. http://www.ysfalls.com/

Find a tour to that place there. You will not regret it.

  2. I got back from runaway bay 2 weeks ago and it was amazing, i had a ball!  I did loads of trips but the best was the Bob Marley Mausleum tour.  Im not a big fan or anything but the tour was great.  If you book with company "Chukka" and go on their open top jeep its great.  The jeep takes you through the mountains and through loads of towns - shanty and modern including Browns Town.  You really do get to see the real Jamaica safely!

Also it is really worth going to Kingston, i really didnt want to go at first as i was worried about safety but all the violence is in the slums which you dont go to. Runaway Bay is the ideal location for this as it is only a 2-3 hour drive but worth it.

Lots of people i know did some pretty rubbish trips which they wasted loads of money on.  Ones to steer clear of - Blue mountain bike ride - v.dangerous in terms of the bike safety and the roads, YS Falls - too far to drive and the dunns river falls are better.  Dont be tempted to do the shopping trips in Ochos Rios either unless you really want to.  It is dirty and v.intimidating.  I spent the whole time hiding in KFC, the shopping oppurtunities are rubbish and you can buy whats there either in your hotel or just outside.

Hope this helps - this was just my friends and i opinions of the trips you or others might have different opinions depending on age (Im 22 yr old female.)

  3. Green Grotto Cave, is in Runaway Bay. It's famous for its many speleothems which give the impression of a complex labyrinth as the visitor descends down through the cave to the Green Lake. Here, 36m below surface the visitor goes on a boat ride. In the depth of the lake many stalagmites can be seen, proof that at one time the water table was much lower than it is today.
