  1. It takes lots of time and practise to get good at putting contacts in. I remember when I got mine I was so frustrated at first. For me, I find that I first take the lens out of the solution and then dry the finger I am going to use to put it in with on my face or another bare skinned body part (if you use a towel or something you will get fibres on your finger which will transfer to your contact... ouch!). I then place the contact on my finger tip and make sure it is only barley touching and that it isn't inside out. Then I use my index finger and thumb of my other hand to hold my eye open and then gently place the contact on my eye. Then I close my eye (again gently, and slowly releasing my fingers) and look down to let the contact get in place. Then I open my eye and normally all is good, and then I repeat for the other eye. I hope that you can find some tricks in there to help you, best of luck!

  2. Hi. the trick is holding your eyelids open. looking into a mirror works. hold the lens on your index finger and place directly onto your cornea. (the clear surface over the colored part of your eye)
