Not anything too strenuous and definitely not camping. We would like to stay in comfortable accommodation but it doesn't need to be luxurious.

  1. Have a look at the links from the page below

  2. All of the Islands are suitable for walking and the scenery on them all is absolutely stunning.

As a rule of thumb the south sides are the islands are quite barren but as you move further north towards the middle of the islands it can get quite hot during the height of the day so plan your trip well.

The north of the islands tend to be quite lush and some of the islands even have banana plantations.

If you go to tenerife dont miss Mount Teide, Barranco del Infierno and The Anaga Mountains.

  3. try travel republic ///

  4. One of the smaller islands, La Gomera, El Hierro, or La Palma fits the bill. The first is easiest to reach, and would be my choice. http://www.canary-travel.com
