Any suggestions on a new Pokemon... Pretty please with Chimchar on top?

No Chimchar, sorry. lol But, I want to know what Pokemon game for the DS I should get next!! I already have Diamond- and am done with it. Great game, btw. But, don't say pearl lol. I don't want one of the ones where you have to catch the pokemon for them to be on your pokedex. That would be freaking hard!

Any suggestions?
