Any suggestions on building self-esteem?

It does not matter how many compliments one will get in their life if I they cannot look in the mirror and feel/think/see good things about their selves.

  1. Thats because you should be the one doing the complementing, complimenting both yourself and others... really taking an interest in people who are making your life that much easier to live and letting them know that you appreciate them, helps.

    1. Taking up an interest and joining a club.

    2. Writing a list of your accomplishments to date and reading through it every day.

    3. Writing a gratitude journal.

    4. Going out with friends more.

    5. Listening to what others have to say about themselves and learning that you are not alone.

    6. Taking up some sport or exercise.

    7. Get onto a healthy diet.

  3. Karate is supposed to be really good for self-esteem.  That would be a good way to build esteem and confidence and also a great way to get into or stay in shape.


  4. well u shud go to a councellor or summit  

  5. move somewhere else and start over, find out what your styles and tastes are. fear is just in the mind.
