Any suggestions on moving to the Bahamas??

I am seriously considering moving myself and my teenage daughter to the Bahamas. I beleive that I will be able to find a job at one of their hotels. What do I need to know about moving there? How is the school system? How much does it cost to live there? How much do jobs pay there? Any information you can give me will help tremendously. Thank you
