i'd like my makeup to look like this.

but just the eyes. no blush or lips or anything.

get grey eyeshadow.

put it on up to the crease

get a black eyliner with the blending sponge on the other end.

line both inner and upper lids.

then line under your eyeshadow and bland it really good

do the same to the bottom with less liner

get a good thick mascara

and use several coats

This is a really easy look.  This actress has what makeup artist call a fashion liner, because the liner meets at all corner of the eyes, she definitely wearing a black, you also want to put the liner inside the inner rim.  I would use a black kohl liner.  Wear a couple of coats of mascara and you may want to use fake lashes.  

On the outer corner of the eye, it looks like the used a black eyeshadow and took a concealer and lifted the color up toward the outer brow to give the eye lift.  I cannot tell because her eye is not closed, they probably used this color on her lid.  I would suggest Nehru from Mac, not to black, more of a black/grey.  In her crease looks like a Soft Brown by Mac and her highlight looks like Vanilla or Brule by MAC.

To see how to lift shadow, from this diagram you want to lift the shadow from D. up to E but to the outer brow using a concealer with a brush and blend.

eyeliner on the outer halves of your eyes ans use the smudger tip.

next, use dark eyeshadow on top of the liner.

Apply a dark gray eyeshadow all over your eyelid.

Then, apply black eyeliner on your top and lower lash line.

And, apply two coats of black mascara.

Use either a Pencil Eyeliner witha smudger, or gel/cream eyeliner in black. Then line your bottom lashes with Penci or cream liner and smudge it to the outer corner of your eye. Then line the top of your eye getting as close to the lash as possible. Then apply compact powder silver eyeshadow up to your crease line. Then curl your lashes and apply two thick coats of mascara. then TADA! your done!

i would go with a thick smudged black eyeliner, but dont make it look messy, the put an eyelash primer (MAC has one) before you mascara so it will look clean and no clumps, then apply a second coat before the first layer drys. then do a  light taupe colored eyeshadow, but not too dramatic because you put a lot of eyeliner on.
