Any suggestions what to do about a printer that sounds like its printing but no words are coming out on paper?

It's been packed up for a few months. Everything works correctly, it even sounds like its printing words but nothing is printed on paper after it feeds the sheet through. Any suggestions?

Replace those ink cartridges and then be sure to run it through the cleaning process.  You might have to do it twice(I had to do it 3), but this should do it for you!

change out the ink cartridges, they might have dried up.

The cartridges have dried out, replace the cartridges.

thats exactly what happend to mine......

what you should do is look down the slot where the papers go and see if anything is jammed in there.. there were 3 pony tails down mine and i got them out with a skewr and it works just fine now!
