Any talk talk representatives out there?

I have had major problems with reception and internet. I have rang faults about 30 times over past two months. Why does no one come back to me. Secondly, just once, BT said they were coming, but never arrived or inform me of why they did not turn up. All I get is a apologetic voice promising that someone will get back to me. I think the fault is minor, noticed when windy or rain the wiring moves and my reception goes and internet closes

  1. Ring them and say you're switching to NTL.  That'll get their attention.  BT's service is rubbish and you shouldn't have to put up with it.  Luckily now we have a choice and we don't have to anymore.  Just switch and save yourself the trouble because if you do eventually get BT to come out to your house, they'll likely say it's your lines and/or equipment that's faulty (even if it's not really) and charge you £100 for the service call.
