Any thoughts on the USA vs. Spain gold medal game?

Though I was wishing for a blowout, we witnessed a classic. I wanted the USA to win and they did... but sincerely, we all gotta take our hats off to the Spanish team. They really made Lebron and Kobe earn their medals.

And how about that dunk against a leaping Dwight Howard? I almost cheered for the conquistadors after that monster!

-In no other game in this tournament did it become more obvious that team USA could have used more height.

-Kobe and Wade are two bad mothah fukkaz.

-There were equal amount of dunks for both teams.

-The Spanish team can really shoot the lights out.

-Team USA are just too strong, too deep and too... well, too much talent for any other team to beat.

As Yoda would most probably put it... "Redeemed, team USA is".

It just proves that the world is getting more competitive at this game. I think both teams did an outstanding job and demonstrated excellent sportsmanship.

I think the USA team won because they had to bring their huge ego's back down to earth. Don't get me wrong, I am a big Kobe Bryant fan. I enjoy watching his talent on the court.
